The centennial houses with beautiful and colorful details on their facades, are part of Juan de Salinas Central Park . In the center of the park is the stone fountain that throughout the colony was there as a silent witness of our history, in the Plaza Grande in Quito. Valid merits for the National Institute of Cultural Heritage to declare the center of the city of Sangolqui as “Cultural Patrimony of the Nation” on March 27, 1992.
